- Process invoices, track inventory levels, order parts, and assist with day-to-day operations in the Reyes Fleet Management shops as the Fleet Operations Support Supervisor – Material Handling Equipment
- Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive data related to the maintenance of material handling equipment utilizing AssetWorks
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through systematic audits and validation processes
- Track and communicate preventative maintenance schedules for material handling equipment to the appropriate personnel
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and develop dashboards to effectively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced data management and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)/Technical School Certification with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
