Position Overview
As a Data Collector at Dyna Robotics, you will be instrumental in teaching our AI systems by providing high-quality, consistent demonstrations of various manual tasks. Your work will directly influence the accuracy and efficiency of our robotic arms, helping them learn and improve. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and AI research teams to ensure the data collected is precise and meets the required standards.

Note: This is a 1099 contract role for 11pm-7am PST onsite shift.

Position Overview
As a Data Collector at Dyna Robotics, you will be instrumental in teaching our AI systems by providing high-quality, consistent demonstrations of various manual tasks. Your work will directly influence the accuracy and efficiency of our robotic arms, helping them learn and improve. You will collaborate closely with the engineering and AI research teams to ensure the data collected is precise and meets the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually control and teleoperate robotic arms to perform tasks ranging from simple to complex, ensuring precise movements and actions.
- Capture and annotate high-volume data related to task execution, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain detailed logs of activities and data collected for continuous improvement and analysis.
- Associates or Bachelor College degree or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience with robotic systems, teleoperation, or related fields.
- Experience with data annotation tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a lab or industrial setting.
- Basic working knowledge and familiarity with computer software interfaces and tools (e.g., the command line, bash, linux OS)
