Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executives' schedules and appointments


• Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls


• Organize and maintain files and documentation


• Assist with project coordination and team meetings


• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed


• Conduct research and compile information for projects

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
