We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning and Development (L&D) Leader to lead our training programs and strategies. The ideal candidate will design and manage effective learning initiatives that align with our organizational goals. In this role, you will…

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create, deliver, and assess training programs, including e-learning courses, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that foster participant involvement and learning.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements across the organization.
  • Manage training budgets, track expenditures, and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to devise and implement leadership development solutions.
  • Work closely with managers to identify employee development needs and support career pathing initiatives.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve learning initiatives.
  • Set clear goals and directions for the L&D team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations to various stakeholders to communicate training strategies and outcomes.


We are looking for candidates with…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or a related business field; professional certification (e.g., CPLP) is a plus.
  • At least five years of proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager, Training Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies and effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to engage and inform various audiences.
  • Strong project management and budgeting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related software.
  • Ability to build rapport with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Ability to work from Fort Wayne, IN headquarters, preferred, but willing to consider a remote arrangement for those who can regularly travel to Fort Wayne.
