The accounts payable clerk role is a temporary role who will receive, reviews, codes, enters and maintains all invoices. Assists other Accounts Payable team members on AP related projects.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies invoices for completeness, authorization, accuracy, account coding, preparation of disbursements and accounts payable related record keeping.
• Enters invoices.
• Enters expense reports.
• Selects invoices for payment.
• Processes and mails checks.
• Files check stubs and vouchers.
• Processes payment to Osteotech.
• Prepares and records cash receipt entries.
• Prepares deposit for the bank.
• Processing vouchers for payment, preparing and attaching documentation to checks prior to signature, and filing.
• Performs additional duties and project related tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• 3-5 years' experience in accounts payable.
