Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Work on residential and light commercial projects as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
• Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and train apprentices when required.
• Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  
  

Qualifications

• Universal Refrigeration License (Required).
• Must have or be willing to pass OSHA certification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
• Experience with industrial, commercial, and government projects is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
