Hand Therapy Supervisor - Twin Cities Orthopedics

Supervise daily clinic operations, including scheduling, project development, and staff management, while addressing staff performance and patient complaints. This full-time role covers North/Northwest locations, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Essential Functions

• Oversee patient service and care delivery.
• Develop action plans for efficient healthcare practices.
• Communicate operational issues to management.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensure and safety standards.

Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred. 3-5 years of occupational therapy experience and leadership experience preferred.
