Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing or biological science; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum one year of critical care experience.
- ACLS and PALS certification required within one year.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under stress.
- Valid drivers license required for travel.
- On-call coverage for organ and tissue donation.
- Assessment and care planning for organ donors.
- Facilitate referral and organ recovery processes.
- Complete donor documentation and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Assist in organ preservation and labeling in the operating room.
- Normal office environment with travel required.
- Potential for occupational exposure.
