Job Summary

The Prospect Equities Real Estate is engineered to represent clients with our concierge approach to real estate paralleled with our innovative proprietary technologies to guide buyers, sellers, investors, and luxury apartment renters successfully through the sales and leasing process.

We are looking for a tenacious Recruiter to help us continue to expand our roster of agents.

Prospect Equities hires licensed real estate agents. Our PE family has grown tremendously over the past 20 years. Our creativity and drive have taken us from a handful of agents in our Chicago office to hundreds of agents across 3 states all while earning status as an INC 500 company. We believe in fostering a culture that attracts talent, drives engagement, and increases performance.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter will contribute to the ongoing success of hiring new agents using proven recruiting methods and will align with and enhance the company recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in recruiting, be very professional in appearance and conduct, and have proficient written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle to include selection, offer and onboarding process
  • Utilize ATS to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to management
  • Proactively contact qualified agents through our database selection process and CRM.
  • Research and innovate recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with HR team and management to negotiate and offer compensation structure
  • Positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times
  • Perform other duties as required


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in recruiting
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and agents - both in-person and via phone, and also by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Must maintain full time on-site office hours
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ATS, and CRM
  • Ability to learn company software and manage job boards
