We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC.

About The Role

In this role, you'll source, attract, and hire top talent across various departments, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment, a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, and a passion for matching great candidates with the right roles.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources to understand and execute the organization's talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure successful placements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of related experience preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
