KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our global growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into opportunities through strategic outbound and inbound engagement. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing teams to build strong client relationships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

This flexible, remote 1099 contract position is ideal for individuals looking to work internationally while gaining experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach – Conduct extensive and persistent outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, chatbots, and other digital channels.

Needs Assessment – Help potential clients understand their needs and align them with KENTECH’s solutions.

Client Engagement – Build and nurture prospect relationships throughout the sales lifecycle, from initial contact to appointment setting.

Strategic Collaboration – Work closely with Senior Account Executives and the marketing team to execute targeted sales strategies.

CRM & Data Management – Maintain accurate lead qualification and activity records in HubSpot to ensure a seamless sales cycle.

Special Projects & Campaigns – Support marketing initiatives, events, and sales campaigns to build awareness and drive engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

Sales Experience (Preferred) – Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales, especially in a global or remote setting.

Communication & Relationship Building – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.

Tech-Savvy & CRM Experience – Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, digital outreach tools, and email communication.

Self-Starter Mentality – Highly motivated, persistent, and independent in managing sales activities.

Adaptability & Growth Mindset – Ability to pivot strategies, adapt to feedback, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

Fearlessness in Sales – Confidence in making cold calls, handling rejection, and persistently pursuing leads.
