Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse RN.
- At least 3 years of bedside clinical experience.
- Strong telephonic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with minimal errors.
- Comfort with multi-tasking, including simultaneous talking and typing.
- Proficiency with technology and computer systems (testing required during the interview).
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Other duties as needed.
- Experience with multi-step processes and decision-making workflows.
- A passion for problem-solving and helping patients navigate their healthcare needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- On-site in a professional office/call center environment (this is not a telecommuting position).
