About The Role

As a Business Coordinator at Athena Blue Global, you'll be instrumental in supporting our Executives and Group Business Manager with a variety of operational, administrative, and project-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating our systems and CRM, assisting with global event and travel coordination, providing executive support to the Head of Namer and Managing Director, creating and formatting documents and presentations, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll assist in the setup of global projects across all systems and provide project administration support to the Head of Namer and project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CRM tools (Pipedrive, SharePoint, Asana, Miro and Harvest)
  • Support Group Business Manager with organising and coordinating travel arrangements for global staff
  • Provide executive support to the Head of NAMER (North America) and Managing Director
  • Assist the Group Business Manager with adhoc administrative tasks
  • Support the Group Business Manager with event coordination including researching for networking events globally
  • Provide People & Culture administrative support to the Group Business Manager
  • Support the global project set up process
  • Provide project administration and support to the Head of Namer and Project team
  • Ability to join calls from time-to-time outside of Pacific business hours

Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative / business support role
  • Strong document creation and formatting skills.
  • Experienced and confident ability to support multiple executives in a fast paced and dynamic role
