Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. This role involves maintaining records, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Billing for large scale projects and miscellaneous items, monthly and weekly basis
• Labor Hour Reporting
• Record Bank Transactions and Bank Reconciliation
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Education

• Associate degree in accounting, preferred
• High School Diploma or HSED, required
