Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Paralegal to join our team in San Diego, CA. This hybrid role allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will assist with legal document preparation, research, case management, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally.
• Assist in trial preparation and transactional matters.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
