About The Fan Engagement Coordinator Role

The Fan Engagement Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring meaningful interactions with our audience. This position is responsible for tracking and organizing case suggestions, scheduling fan content across multiple platforms, and assisting with sentiment analysis and engagement across various channels. If you love building relationships with audiences, are highly organized, and have a passion for storytelling and true crime, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

Case Management & Fan Engagement

  • Prepare Fan Engagement case briefs and follow up on case suggestions submitted by listeners.
  • Attend production meetings and create Fan Engagement-specific case notes for the team, including episode kick-offs, writers' rooms, and case brief reviews.
  • Compile and organize reports and audience feedback.
  • Listen to and review all upcoming releases

Social Media & Community Management

Coordinate and schedule posts across multiple platforms to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and consistent audience engagement.

  • Assist in sentiment analysis using Zendesk to track audience reactions and engagement trends.

Mail & Merchandise Coordination

  • Assist with preparing and sending mailers and packages to fans, partners, and collaborators.
  • Manage incoming mail and handle post office runs as needed.

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 1-2 years of experience in fan engagement, customer service/experience, community management, or social media coordination (internships or freelance work included).
  • Strong notetaking, organizational and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minor research experience is a plus, but not required
  • An in-depth knowledge of and genuine enthusiasm for Audiochuck shows.
  • Experience with social media platforms and an understanding of online community management.
  • Familiarity with customer service or sentiment analysis tools like Zendesk is a plus.
  • A passion for true crime storytelling and an understanding of the audiochuck brand and audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support key production and marketing initiatives.
