Document Management Clerk

What you will be doing

The Document Management Center Clerk will perform electronic sorting, identification, and indexing of incoming forms and correspondence for several Constellation business areas.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Reviewing, sorting and identifying incoming mail within the Mavro Keying program
• Performing quality checks and maintaining strict processing standards and deadlines
• Researching unidentified documents using AWD or ONFS legacy systems
• Entering general data and routing documents to the appropriate processing areas
• Creating and mailing letters to clients, agents and other insurance companies
• Indexing ONESCO statements and performing lost policy searches
• Responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
