• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team

SRSMG has a large dedicated Urgent Care department that operates at 5 of our outpatient clinic sites throughout San Diego County:

• Rancho Bernardo, Sorrento Mesa, Downtown, Santee and Chula Vista
  
  

All sites are open from 8:00am-8:00pm. Flexible shift options!

Various shifts options: Most APP's work a 13 hour shift

FLEXIBLE FTE OPTIONS: 0.6FTE or higher receives full benefits

• 160 hours/month minimum requirement for (1.0 FTE)
• 128 hours/month minimum requirement for (0.8 FTE)
• 96 hours/month minimum requirement for (0.6 FTE)
• NP/PA must have at least 2+ years of experience in urgent care (high acuity) or emergency medicine
• Practice a wide spectrum of emergency based medicine: Headaches, abdominal work ups, chest pains, laceration repairs, I&D, dislocations, eye injuries, etc.
• Each site has in-house lab, radiology, and pharmacy

Annual starting salary for a new NP/PA graduate is $134,000/year. The posted annual salary may vary and is dependent on several factors including candidate’s education, work experience, and certifications related to the position. APP's may also be eligible to receive bonuses and incentives related to the specific role. In addition, NP's and PA’s receive a full comprehensive benefits package including CME allowance.
