POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Treasury Management Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the Implementation of Treasury services for commercial clients across the Prosperity Bank footprint. The Implementation Specialist will develop onboarding plans, execute legal documentation, and perform client training sessions for all Treasury products and services. This role will require close collaboration with our clients and internal business partners to ensure an exceptional client experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

1. Assumes responsibility for effective and timely performance of assigned functions.

  • Communicate (via telephone, e-mail, or in-person) with clients regarding Treasury Management products.
  • Onboard all Treasury products and services for existing and new Treasury clients.
  • Ownership, escalation, and resolution of risk issues when they occur in a timely manner.
  • Exhibit ownership of onboarding experience and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and sound judgment/decision making.
  • Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution.
  • Acts as subject matter expert for Treasury products, services, and systems.
  • Project tracking and reporting.
  • Demonstrate well-developed time management and prioritization skills.
  • Results oriented in a high-performance team environment.
  • Influence and establish positive working relationships across the organization.
  • Maintain standards of professionalism, customer service, teamwork, attendance, and punctuality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with external customers, internal customers, and vendors.

  • Obtains and conveys information as needed. Composes correspondence as needed.
  • Resolves (or refers) questions and requests promptly and courteously. Quick and accurate follow-up to service and support request and issues is expected.
  • Acts in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality of customer information.

3. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relations with Bank Associates, Management and Vendors.

  • Assists related departments as needed.
  • Supports Treasury management customers and internal support as needed.
  • Keeps management informed of area activities, risks, trends and of any significant problems.
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required.
  • Completes required reports and related documents.

4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.

  • Stays informed of changes in area policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
  • Completes special projects and tasks as assigned.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

  • Position duties are performed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Customer inquiries are handled in an appropriate manner.
  • Documents and customer setups are accurate and timely.
  • Records and reports are correctly prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Good working relations with internal departments. Questions are promptly and courteously resolved. Assistance is provided as needed.
  • Management is appropriately informed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Required Knowledge: Advanced banking knowledge, Treasury Management knowledge preferred.

Experience Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in a related business function or industry required. Prior experience in Treasury Management, strongly preferred.

PC computer skills required. Use of Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM, 40 hours
