What we are looking for: We are seeking a highly motivated Scientific Associate with a strong scientific background and a passion for clear communication. This role requires a deep understanding of science and medicine, as all content will be reviewed by physicians and other scientists. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. They will also be a strong team player, able to connect meaningfully with colleagues and clients, and approach challenges positively. What You'll Do: Review and synthesize clinical trial results, clinical study reports, and other scientific publications. Quickly interpret and analyze data. Conduct comprehensive research using resources like PubMed, clinicaltrials.gov, medical journals, and conferences to inform backgrounders and gap analyses. Develop a range of scientific materials, including slide decks (disease state and product-specific) and publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts). Maintain meticulous attention to detail, referencing all content from peer-reviewed sources or client-provided data, including highlighting and annotating as needed. Provide scientific and strategic insights and direction. Quickly learn and understand new disease areas. Present to clients and healthcare practitioners. Efficiently manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Collaborate with medical faculty. Independently liaise with clients and fulfill their requests. Travel to client meetings and conferences (up to 25% of the time). Explain complex scientific concepts clearly and concisely. Who You Are: You are a highly collaborative individual with a passion for science communication. You are eager to learn on the job, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. You are driven by a desire to create high-quality scientific content and enjoy working alongside other scientists and medical specialists. You include others purposefully and inspire creativity in your work. What You'll Need: Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in health science. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Prior experience in medical education/medical affairs is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed A writing test will be administered prior to interviews. What we offer:
