Workplace Experience Manager

The Role

This role is responsible for managing all aspects of operational delivery and client relationships for the client site. You will have full responsibility for any facilities and workplace services, your client’s satisfaction and service experience, and their commercial performance. You will become the heartbeat of the office, living and breathing the client’s core values, and striving to achieve their mission throughout the office.

• Delivering a 5-star service and fostering a collaborative, vibrant workplace through proactive management and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensuring smooth operations, maintaining workplace functionality, and meeting service specifications, cost, and reporting standards.
• Retaining talent by creating an inclusive office environment and providing excellent service.
• Managing facilities services and supplier relationships to meet performance, cost, and compliance requirements.
• Building client trust and managing service delivery according to an Account Management Plan.
• Overseeing incident management, communication, and reporting.
• Providing accurate reports and scrutinising commercial activities, including cost management and recharges.
• Identifying and implementing additional services.
• Ensuring H&S compliance and managing orders and helpdesk tasks.
• Coordinating with suppliers, outsourced teams, and conducting quality checks.
• Supporting events and ad hoc duties to enhance service delivery and employee experience.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships at all levels.
• Skilled in client and account management, with a proactive approach to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Experienced community manager, preferably with a hospitality background and facilities management experience.
• Skilled in managing outsourced supplier relationships and incident management.
• Proficient in creating operational reports using Excel and PowerPoint; finance system experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, driven, and focused on continuous improvement.
