Addison Group, in partnership with our client in West Covina, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team.

Compensation/Benefits – Salary range can increase up to $120,000/year depending on qualifications. Our client supplements base compensation with a bonus and health and wellness benefits.

Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare monthly performance reports; analyze for growth opportunities.
  • Track and report key metrics regularly.
  • Develop forecasts and perform variance analyses.
  • Lead annual budgeting process.
  • Build financial models for new business opportunities; present findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate with accounting to interpret operating results.
  • Support strategic plan execution as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in accounting or finance.
  • 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of operating performance and financial trends.
  • Skilled in building financial models from scratch.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
  • Working SQL knowledge; capable of analyzing large datasets.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience with financial statements and general ledger processes.
