SRSMG has 19 clinic locations and over 700 board-certified primary care and specialty care providers located across San Diego communities.

Position Details:

• 100% Outpatient Practice- Primary Care
• Shared phone call across a large provider pool
• 4.5-day work week averaging 19-22 patients/day- Flexible scheduling available with option of ½ day virtual care
• Board certification/board eligibility in Internal Medicine Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
• Shareholder track (2 years for 1.0FTE; 4 years for 0.5FTE)

• Guarantee Base Salary YR1: $265,000.00- The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
