The Chaplain provides spiritual support, guidance, and resources to patients and their families. They provide compassionate services to a diverse population encompassing all faiths that are represented by patients, families, and team members, while at the same time, reflecting the mission and philosophy of Suncrest.

• This Spiritual Care provider will possess knowledge in Halakhah (Jewish law) and Jewish traditions and values at end of life
• Ordained Rabbi
• Will primarily see patients and families in Lake and Cook counties, and other areas of Chicagoland suburbs as needed
• CPE preferred
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
