Key Requirements
Required Skills, Experience & Qualities
Technical Skills
- 8-10 years of experiencein D365 F&O or AX 2012 application support.
- Strong knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
- Troubleshooting skills in L2/L3 support, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Experience with X++, SQL, SSRS, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with data migration, custom reports, and automation (Power Automate, RPA).
- Strong understanding of finance processes
- Ability to analyze business needs and improve workflows.
- Experience in ITIL frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
