Responsibilities

The Content Producer will ensure the successful delivery of program(s) for our pharmaceutical client, overseeing fiscal health and communication with the team and client.

Production and Execution Responsibilities:

• Timeline & key milestone identification
• Budget development and ongoing management
• Identification of qualified suppliers
• Developing bid specifications and supporting the bid process
• Project execution
• Management of project deliverables, including graphic materials in various media

Key Skills and Accountabilities:

• Experience in producing speaker presentations and communications plans
• Budget management skills
• Ability to build productive relationships with partners and suppliers
• Experience in live events for B2C and/or B2B
• Proficient project management skills
• Ensure compliance with purchasing guidelines

Success Measures:

• Positive feedback on managing programs
• Supporting a positive team climate

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in production and budgeting
• Live event, video, or print production experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
