Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Full Time Inventory Coordinator/ Lot Attendant in Miami, FL! The Lot Attendant/Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented. This position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions and standing/walking for long periods of time.

This position pays $15.50 / hour and is located near Miami International Airport - MIA

Responsibilities

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
  • Check in and process 30+ vehicle transactions (daily)
  • High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind
  • Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory
  • Perform basic maintenance check: antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, antenna and outside vehicle
  • Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)
  • Able to perform physical requirements related to vehicle deletion process
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week)
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
  • Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
