Note: This person will be primarily assigned for the 3D Car Care (@3dcarcare) brand.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms and developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, original content for blogs, social media platforms, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content aligned with the brand voice.
  • Write engaging captions, blog posts, and promotional copy.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on current trends and industry news to inform content creation.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule daily content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
  • Track performance and analyze metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) to refine social media strategies.

Brand Voice & Community Engagement

  • Ensure all content and social media posts align with the brand’s tone and style.
  • Foster and engage with online communities and build relationships with followers, influencers, and industry professionals and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives.

Collaboration & Campaigns

  • Assist in the creation of marketing campaigns and promotions, ensuring content is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, photographers, and marketers to create compelling campaigns when needed.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track the performance of content and social media campaigns through analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the team.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for content improvements and adjustments to strategy.

Photography & Photoshoots

  • Capture high-quality images for content across various platforms (social media, website, marketing materials) using professional cameras.
  • Set up, stage, and shoot photoshoots, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and angles to align with brand aesthetics.
  • Edit and retouch photos as needed to ensure they meet brand standards and visual quality.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Canva).
  • Experience in photography/videography or knowledge of editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and Canva.Final Cut Pro)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% locally and domestically
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing trends and audience needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
  • A passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and creating engaging, relevant content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Portfolio or examples of work showcasing previous content creation and social media campaigns is a plus.
