Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our West Wing Mountain team. In this role, you will assist the Community Manager in meeting community objectives while providing excellent customer service to homeowners, board members, vendors, and colleagues.

Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to homeowner, board member, and vendor communications
  • Create and distribute community communications including newsletters and meeting notices
  • Process design review submittals and assist with compliance inspections
  • Coordinate community events and clubhouse rentals
  • Maintain and update the community website
  • Attend board, annual, and committee meetings
  • Prepare accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
  • Organize community property (keys, remotes, gate cards, parking passes)
  • Assist with common area inspections

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum one year of property/community management experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems, email, and calendar management
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Event management experience
