Position Summary
In the position of Marketing Specialist you will be reviewing and managing all marketing related legal transactions for international markets. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on the tracking, process, and accuracy of consumer promotion requests. Develop and train all International market leads on the company’s legal processes, the contracting principals, and company’s business applications (APTTUS).
Essential Job Functions
In the position of Marketing Specialist you will be reviewing and managing all marketing related legal transactions for international markets. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders on the tracking, process, and accuracy of consumer promotion requests. Develop and train all International market leads on the company’s legal processes, the contracting principals, and company’s business applications (APTTUS).
Essential Job Functions
- Lead the review process and manage all consumer promotion rules and regulations requests for accuracy at all phases of the consumer promotion’s life cycle
- Create, distribute, and maintain training materials for consumer promotion requests. Ensure all required submissions for approval, legal review, and full consumer promotion approval are received on time.
- Administer the reporting process for all contracts and promotional business case needs for the international markets. Spearhead contract meetings for regional teams to review any irregularities and status of submitted contracts.
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of all APTTUS training materials. Monitor user access to safeguard the right team members are adequately trained on the system functionality
- Ensure contracts released, sent to legal, include business needs, objectives, and are properly drafted. Communicate any findings back to legal and/or marketing leads when contracts are incomplete/incorrect.
- Review of partially signed released agreements, once released, to certify completeness with all required signatures have been executed. Track authorized signatures by the company’s Chairman are executed by local counsel in a timely manner.
- Reconcile any charges applied to the department card, expense and itemize as needed for approval. Assist with additional operations projects as required.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Marketing, Business Management, Paralegal studies or similar field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in contract management or similar position
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in business administration
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office, APTTUS
