Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage project-related documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Review and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage project buy-out, progress reporting, and change management.
• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in project activities.
• Monitor trade-specific schedules and maintain submittal logs.
• Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier relationships.
• Ensure projects meet production timeline benchmarks.
• Coordinate and execute procurement needs promptly.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or a recent graduate eager to be trained
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and techniques.
• Ability to apply problem-solving principles to construction challenges.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an aptitude for learning new technology.
