Regional Sales Manager (Clinical)
Location: Remote/Amherst, NY
To provide leadership, direction and encouragement to field sales representatives for the purpose of meeting corporate sales/profit goals and objectives.

Location: Remote/Amherst, NY
To provide leadership, direction and encouragement to field sales representatives for the purpose of meeting corporate sales/profit goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, diverse, inclusive, engaged and compliant work environment that empowers employees to achieve departmental and company results
- Adhere to the corporate code of conduct
- Plan, organize and maintain department control in support of executing corporate & departmental business objectives that ensures productivity, goal achievement, budget & forecast adherence and allows for effective and efficient operations
- Recruit, select, onboard, and train new employees
- Lead and execute performance management activities to include DIALOG and
- Commit and foster adherence to the company's quality management system and timely
- Work together with fellow managers in a professional, respective and collaborative
- Achieve sales budgets for region
- Establish, communicate and review territory forecasts and budgets
- Manage expense reports and activity reports
- Provide status reports to Vice President North America Technical Sales, General Manager Canada
- Maintain contact with key accounts as necessary to grow sales
- Assist in problem solving and decision making for customers and sales representatives
- Provide pricing approval, as given by VP Technical Sales NA, General Manager Canada
- Present, utilizing PowerPoint, to lab & dentist customers
- Advanced education or experience helpful in marketing, sales or business administration
- Dental background preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and communications skills required
- Must be detail oriented and possess a high energy level and motivational skills
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain an American Express and other credit
- Ability to use PowerPoint to create & deliver customer presentations
- Ability to travel (50%), overnight and for extended period
