As a Dispatch Manager, you will be the main point of contact between our sales team, call center team, and customers. In this role, the manager must be able to successfully coordinate the assignment of their daily consultations, report and update results for their progress, and handle any issues that may arise in the process.

As a Dispatch Manager, you will be the main point of contact between our sales team, call center team, and customers. In this role, the manager must be able to successfully coordinate the assignment of their daily consultations, report and update results for their progress, and handle any issues that may arise in the process.

- Be an effective and professional communicator over the phone for our sales representatives
- Handle all issues that sales representatives may need resolved with regard to their appointment schedules and customer experience
- Be the team anchor by relaying messages verbally and over our platforms expeditiously and efficiently to the Dispatch team and other call center
- Complete weekly reports on division performance to be presented to leadership teams
- Coordinate all schedules and duties for the dispatch agents
- Schedule: M-F, Saturdays 9am to 6pm - a must
- Resourcefulness and the ability to pivot or think quickly in problem-solving situations
- Adaptability to change and performing new tasks
- Experience in building trust with customers over the phone, and handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
- Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office to include Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to speak with colleagues and prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating for logistics industries- a plus!
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
