Description: Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Associate Recruiter for a great employer in Waterford. This person with provide critical administrative support to the recruiting team, ensuring efficient and smooth recruitment processes. This role is essential in managing candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Management:
• Manage candidate inquiries and correspondence via phone, email, and job postings.
• Applicants must have experience using some sort of tracking system.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Send interview confirmations, reminders, and logistics information to candidates and interviewers.
• Track interview schedules and ensure timely completion of interview processes.
• Attend job fairs.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with the posting of job openings on various job boards and company website.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS.
• Prepare and maintain candidate files and documentation.
• Assist with the coordination of pre-employment screenings (background checks, drug tests).
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Assist with onboarding activities as needed.
• General HR Support:
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
