What You’ll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind finding, attracting, and hiring the best talent to grow our team. You’ll work closely with leaders across the company to ensure we bring in individuals who align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles in editorial, sales, marketing, and operations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies—leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
Build strong talent pipelines to keep Community Impact ahead of hiring needs.
Create job postings and outreach messaging that excite and attract top-tier candidates.
Ensure an amazing candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.
Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to leadership.
Represent Community Impact at career fairs and recruiting events across Texas.
Strengthen our employer brand—making us a top destination for mission-driven talent.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for People – You love making meaningful connections and matching people with the right opportunities.
Recruiting Experience – 1-3 years in talent acquisition, HR, or related fields (agency or in-house).
Excellent Communicator – You can craft compelling messages and engage candidates effectively.
Strong Organization Skills – Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
Commitment to Our Values – You believe in faith, passion, quality, innovation, and integrity as guiding principles.
Bonus (Great to Have, But Not Required!)
Experience with Paylocity for applicant tracking and onboarding.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Talent Solutions for sourcing top talent.
Experience managing Indeed job postings and talent pipelines.
Willingness to travel for recruiting events across Texas.
