Job Summary
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Director, the Apprenticeship & Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for the compliance and monitoring of training offered through Economic & Workforce Development at Northeast State Community College.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Director, the Apprenticeship & Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for the compliance and monitoring of training offered through Economic & Workforce Development at Northeast State Community College.
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for industry training and credentialing offered through Economic & Workforce Development at NeSCC.
- Manage and solicit industrial clients to take advantage of training opportunities offered through Economic & Workforce Development at NeSCC.
- Manage processes and procedures including but not limited to:
- Certification and record keeping for industry recognized credentials
- Interface with regional stakeholders seeking to award industry recognized credentials or workforce development training
- Interface with the Programs & Services Coordinator to schedule training
- Work with Apprenticeship Director to manage enrollment process
- Maintain digital records system
- Implement initiatives consistent with the grant scope of services between various grants through Economic & Workforce Development.
- Support efforts in building partnerships for all program offerings throughout Economic and Workforce Develop
- Collaborate in designing course maps
- Promote all Apprenticeship programs for NeSCC
- Assist with process of registration for all Apprenticeship Programs at NeSCC
- Facilitate training/orientation for apprentices
- Work with remote testing proctor to facilitate to facilitate remote testing
- Track apprenticeship status to provide communication to partners
- Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
- Adhere to RCAM schedule and inclement weather policies, which may differ from other NESCC schedules and/or closures.
- Bachelor’s degree in an education, training, technical, or engineering field from an accredited institution
- Two years of experience designing and implementing workforce readiness programs and services
- Experience facilitating partnerships
- Experience with industry-related competency assessment and credentials
- Conversational ability or fluency in a second language
- Technology Skills: MS Office suite; videoconferencing software; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems
- Excellent customer service skills
