Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a strategic and results-driven Social & Digital Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy and digital advertising efforts. This role requires a consultative approach to maximizing performance, while balancing strategic vision and tactical execution to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth. It will also support paid Wine Club acquisition efforts, overseeing initiatives for 67+ Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant locations and Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk.
The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking strategist who develops innovative social media campaigns while optimizing digital ad performance. They will lead a Social Media Content Specialist, ensuring cohesive messaging and execution across organic and paid digital channels. This role is a key brand storytelling function, refining messaging and visual identity in collaboration with the Brand Team.

They will lead a Social Media Content Specialist, ensuring cohesive messaging and execution across organic and paid digital channels. What You’ll Do:
Social Media Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms, including emerging channels.
- Oversee the Social Media Content Specialist, guiding content creation, community engagement, and campaign execution.
- Manage social media content calendars and align them with broader marketing initiatives at least one quarter in advance.
- Track social analytics, competitive insights, and social listening to optimize content and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, partnerships, operations, and retail teams to develop cross-channel social campaigns.
- Manage proactive and reactive community engagement, ensuring timely responses and fostering brand loyalty.
- Lead influencer marketing efforts by evaluating past activations and developing new strategies to expand reach.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform changes, and emerging social opportunities.
- Develop and manage paid media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Retargeting, to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Create and manage landing pages on CMS and Unbounce for organic and paid campaigns
- Optimize digital ad campaigns for traffic, conversions, and member acquisition, ensuring budget efficiency and KPI achievement.
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Execute and manage localized paid campaigns through Ads Manager to support hyper-targeted business objectives.
- Oversee affiliate marketing programs, building partnerships to expand reach and maximize conversions.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and brand visibility.
- Manage social engagement & reputation, ensuring proactive brand engagement.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives to enhance web and app engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Oversee website maintenance, optimization, and updates to ensure functionality and performance.
- Manage online ordering platforms, including eGift Cards and e-commerce promotions.
- Track and share insights on web traffic, conversion rates, and online performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the digital customer journey.

- 6+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and paid media strategy, with a strong background in performance marketing and content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Team management skills, with experience developing direct reports.
- Expertise in paid media strategies (Paid Social, Paid Search, Retargeting), SEO, and affiliate marketing to drive conversions and optimize digital performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign optimization, and delivering data-driven insights.
- Experience optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly organized with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Dash Hudson), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, including 2-3 weekends per year.
