Culinary Assistant / Server

Farmstead Living is seeking a part-time culinary assistant/server. Hours may include every other weekend 7am-3:30pm and Every other Holiday.

Responsibilities

• The Culinary Assistant / Server will provide meal service to residents in a respectful and timely manner.
• Thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all dishes, tables, equipment, utensils, and containers used to provide meals as well as other assigned cleaning duties.
• Shift times 7am-3:30pm, 4pm-8pm
• Operates equipment in a proper, safe, sanitary, and respectful manner.
• Prepares various menu items as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.
• Monitors daily menu items in order to verify that all necessary items are prepared and labeled.
• Stores leftovers appropriately according to food handling standards.
