We are seeking a Help Desk PC Technician to join our IT support team at Ascent. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Office365 administration, and be tech-savvy with a deep understanding of office products. This position requires hands-on expertise in eDiscovery, compliance, Exchange, and setting up site access to support a dynamic environment.
This role is onsite and will split time between our Marana and Tucson locations.

We are seeking a Help Desk PC Technician to join our IT support team at Ascent. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in Office365 administration, and be tech-savvy with a deep understanding of office products. This position requires hands-on expertise in eDiscovery, compliance, Exchange, and setting up site access to support a dynamic environment.
This role is onsite and will split time between our Marana and Tucson locations.
What You Will Do
- The primary responsibilities are to provide technical assistance and support to end users, monitor and update Helpdesk Tickets, and assist Network and Communications team.
- This position reports to the Director of IT but will work directly with the Senior PC/ Helpdesk Technician.
- You may assist in monitoring and/or repairing/replacing network hardware as well as other tasks may be assigned as special projects arise.
- In addition will assist with admin support on Office365, troubleshooting hardware issues.
What you will bring to the table:
Required –
- Tech savvy with knowledge of office products. With a focus on Office365 administration.
- Ability to use eDiscovery, Compliance, Exchange and setting up access to sites.
- Intermediate understanding of Windows computer systems and software, Android and Apple mobile devices, multi-functional printer copiers and other tech products.
- Basic understanding of Networking concepts and technology.
- Customer-oriented and calm under fast deadlines.
- Some computer technical schooling, A+ Technician certification, or 3 years help desk PC tech experience, including Office365 Administration or a combination of schooling and experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous Office365 Administration experience required. IT Helpdesk and PC Support experience preferred.

SMS REQUIREMENTS
- Employees are responsible for performing their duties in accordance with company policies and government regulations. - In all cases, the employee must notify his/her supervisor of any actions taken by the employee. The first employee to observe an accident or incident should take immediate action to alert appropriate responders/supervision and to take reasonable steps to prevent further injury, or damage.
- Physical Demands: Requires sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time. Requires bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching to shoulder level, crouching, kneeling, and balancing. Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling weight up to 75 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision to normal range and ability to communicate effectively.
- Equipment Operated: Ability to operate office machines, support servers,
- 3D and Label printers, handhelds and troubleshoot problems with equipment.
- Work Location: MIS Office, computer room, various offices/departments throughout facility.
- Potential Hazards: Exposure to materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets
