PetScreening is the fastest growing pet-property tech SaaS company. Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations & HubSpot Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our business and technical teams, ensuring seamless operations and data integrity across sales, customer success, and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical data management, and have a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Design:
    • Support developing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Technical Writing & Training:
    • Gather and document requirements for the technical data team to implement solutions that meet business needs.
    • Document existing processes and build training guides, help videos, and live sessions as necessary.
    • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • HubSpot Administration:
    • Serve as an administrator for HubSpot, managing user permissions, workflows, and integrations.
    • Ensure the CRM system is optimized and utilized effectively by all teams.
  • Data Quality Management:
    • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within the CRM.
    • Implement data governance policies and perform regular data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Sales Operations and CSM Operations:
    • Support the sales and CSM team with process improvements, reporting, and tools to enhance performance.
    • Develop and maintain sales and CSM dashboards and KPIs.
  • Marketing Operations:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, tracking, reporting, list generation, etc..
    • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and KPIs.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and customer success methodologies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying, particularly Snowflake.
