Duties And Responsibilities

• Produce accurate CAD drawings and models based on engineering specifications and requirements.
• Assist engineers with design layouts, plans, and schematics.
• Revise and modify existing drawings as needed based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain and update CAD libraries and documentation for future use.
• Ensure that all CAD drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, developers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage and organize project files and documentation.
• Review project specifications and technical details to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
  
  

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of MEP design experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and design practices for MEP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role in an MEP engineering consultant firm is a plus.
• Proficient in using Excel and Word software programs.
