I'm the CTO at RTA, and I'm seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our QA processes and team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to maintain and elevate our software quality standards. • Has familiarity with Cypress (bonus points!) or similar testing frameworks, even if much of the work is manual.
• Has extensive experience in software quality assurance, particularly within the SaaS industry.
• Understands automated and manual testing. You can design, implement, and oversee both.
• Analyzes and reports on quality metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence, and/or other software test management tools.
• Test Automation using Cypress gives extra bonus points!
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a SaaS company.
• Proficiency with QA tools, automated testing frameworks, and understanding of agile software development lifecycle methodologies.
