The Project Manager will be a critical player in driving Astrana Health's operational growth and strategic initiatives. This role involves planning, executing, and overseeing a range of projects assigned by senior leaders, often requiring cross-functional collaboration across departments. Projects may include market expansion, service implementations, regulatory compliance, and various special projects. The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders to define project goals, track milestones, and document processes to improve efficiency in line with Astrana's organizational objectives.
This position requires adaptability to projects of varying size and complexity, utilizing best-practice project management techniques to scope, organize, and monitor projects, while mitigating risks and ensuring alignment with key performance metrics. The ideal Project Manager is an effective leader, motivating project teams to achieve objectives within scope, timeline, cost, and performance targets.

- Initiate project planning and manage full project life cycles, from inception to successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear steps, timelines, and milestones, tracking progress and escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project continuity.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a point of contact and ensuring clear communication across all project phases.
- Utilize templates and toolkits to streamline project planning and execution, adapting as needed for various types of projects.
- Track and measure KPIs to ensure that project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct project post-mortems and provide feedback to leadership on process improvements.
- Manage special and ad-hoc projects in operations and strategic initiatives, as assigned.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with executives, department leaders, and functional staff related to assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within healthcare operations or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- This position is remote.
- The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $80,000 - $90,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
