We're looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team full-time and provide exceptional support to our employees and clients. What You'll Do

  • Provide Technical SupportRespond to and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Diagnose & TroubleshootUse your technical expertise to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Manage IT SystemsMaintain and monitor IT systems, ensuring they are up to date, secure, and running smoothly.
  • Collaborate & EducateWork closely with teams to provide tech guidance, training, and proactive solutions.
  • Document & ReportTrack issues, resolutions, and improvements in our internal systems for efficiency and future reference.
  • TravelTravel to new property takeovers for a complete property set up and facilitate a smooth transition.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical ExpertiseProficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software, experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and networking protocols.
  • Strong Communication SkillsAbility to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users and ensure clear communication.
  • Problem-Solving MindsetYou enjoy identifying and solving problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Customer-FocusedA service-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to help users and improve their tech experience.
  • ExperiencePrevious experience in IT support or a similar role is highly preferred.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • HoursFull-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM EST
