A Fitness Sales Associate plays a crucial role in promoting and selling BODY20 fitness memberships and personal training packages. They are the studio's first impression for members and potential members. We are looking for a motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our studio memberships and/or packages, . The Fitness Sales Associate will be tasked with understanding our EMS fitness services, identifying potential customers, presenting our offerings, and converting leads into sales. Those with a strong passion for health and fitness along with proven sales skills will be ideal for this role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our studio memberships and/or packages, . The Fitness Sales Associate will be tasked with understanding our EMS fitness services, identifying potential customers, presenting our offerings, and converting leads into sales. Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Presenting, promoting, and selling our services to prospective customers.
- Reaching out to customer leads through warm calling, networking, and social media.
- Conducting tours of the gym to potential customers
- Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Build community business relationships and partnerships
- Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and superior customer service
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
- Sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingual (preferred)
- Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
