Description
The Reputation Marketing & Insight team is hiring a Creative Project Manager to oversee critical creative campaign logistics - specifically: production timeline management, asset organization and delivery, file storage, tracking relevant budget implications. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key job responsibilities
- Independently project manage the production of assets for multiple RMI integrated paid marketing campaigns from concept creation to file delivery.
- Own the creation and management of workback schedules for all creative work and asset production.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate risks, and balance business needs versus creative decisions.
- Provide general support of the approved creative strategy of paid marketing campaigns.
- Capture and track actions from campaign alignment meetings and creative reviews with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and global partners.
- Assist in building the team’s creative partner network and establish effective relationships with both internal creative teams and external agencies to achieve campaign timelines and help facilitate the creation of bar raising content.
- Support the presentation and documentation of campaign asserts and creative development process.
- Own all creative file management and act as team DAM system admin to ensure effective and optimized storage and cataloging of all campaign and creative assets.
- Track all creative production spends and collaborate with team budget owner to provide creative solutions to optimize allotted budget as well as remove any roadblocks or bottlenecks to ensuring on time and competitive payments.
- Work with Marketing Ops team to ensure required vendor paperwork (including NDAs, SOWs, advance requests, etc.) are in place.
- Constantly improve existing processes and workflows and document established processes as needed.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors or equivalent.
- 3+ years as a creative project/program manager, producer, or account lead in a creative agency or similar experience; including proficiency with project management tools.
- Experience in marketing, creative, and production settings.
- Experience with digital marketing and content production, including video, audio, and still assets, and an thorough understanding of their corresponding timelines and process.
- Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate risks, and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints.
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
- Experience with presenting work to leadership teams
- Experience with written documentation of processes and project updates
