Summary

The Marketing Associate will play a key role in managing product launches and optimizing e-commerce operations. This role will oversee SKU configuration, product availability, and search term optimization while ensuring seamless product launches and inventory turnover. Additionally, the Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and deliver high-quality digital assets that align with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee SKU configuration, search term optimization, and manage product launch logistics, including ship and release dates, to ensure on-time product availability and smooth inventory turnover.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of digital assets, ensuring assets align with brand standards and are prepared for e-commerce listings.
  • Ensure accurate product dimensions and details are captured and communicated.
  • Oversee the removal of discontinued SKUs from the e-commerce site, ensuring the accuracy of product availability.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Inventory, Product Development, Offshore, and Customer Service, ensuring clear communication of product timelines and status.
  • Partner with Designers, Copywriters, and external agencies to refine product visuals and written selling points, providing feedback as needed.
  • Manage communication and file transfers with external agencies to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Continuously manage and streamline internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop).
    • Experience using Figma and/or ClickUp is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
    • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Education & Experience
    • 1 or more years’ experience in Marketing preferred.
    • Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferred.
