About The Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring that both pets and their owners feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors. Our ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and able to provide exceptional customer service while staying calm under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities

• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="2">Schedule appointments and handle routine to emergency cases effectively.
• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="3">Maintain detailed and accurate records for clients, patients, and transactions using practice management software.
• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="4">Process payments, explain invoices, and provide estimates for treatment.

Physical & Additional Requirements

• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="1">Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and up to 15 lbs frequently.
• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="2">Comfortable working in an environment with potential exposure to pets, including zoonotic diseases and loud noises.
• ol]:!pt-0 [&>ol]:!pb-0 [&>ul]:!pt-0 [&>ul]:!pb-0" value="3">Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
