The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between end users, software development teams, and project management, ensuring the successful execution of service shop activities through effective project management and agile processes. This role involves following the Tollgate process, managing timelines and costs, coordinating with development teams, and validating user stories through UAT in the production environment. Experience in rail, transportation, systems, or hardware devices is a significant advantage.

- Follow the Tollgate process to document, manage, and monitor project timelines, costs, and overall support for service shop activities.
- Coordinate closely with software development teams to align project requirements and deliverables.
- Facilitate agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups using tools like Rally.
- Review user stories, conduct UAT with end users, and validate changes in the production environment.
- Participate in program planning calls, requirement gathering sessions, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and on-track status updates.
- Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis in an agile environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, specifically Rally.
- Experience in rail, transportation, systems, or hardware devices is required (at least one of these domains must be demonstrated).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to document requirements, manage project timelines, and support cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with UAT processes and validation in a production environment.
- Core Expertise:
- Agile Processes, Project Management, Business Analysis, UAT, and Requirement Gathering.
- Technical & Domain Skills:
- Proficiency with agile tools (e.g., Rally).
- Experience in rail, transportation, systems, or hardware devices (at least one domain is required).
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement.
