We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager!
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process within an organization, including developing hiring strategies, managing a team of recruiters, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent by aligning recruitment with business objectives; they collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the candidate pipeline through various channels like job boards, networking, and social media.

Compensation: Full- Time $90,000 to $98,000 per year

Responsibilities Include
- Create and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions, considering market trends and company needs.
- Manage and supervise a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.
- Utilize various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Develop compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements and company culture.
- Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit against job criteria.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on candidate evaluations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and department managers.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to identify areas for improvement.
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Minimum of one year experience as a recruiting manager
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Proven experience within the Microsoft Suite of products with specific attention to Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prioritization and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in order to improve processes and solve problem
